Excellent fish and chips and service. We had a large fish and chips and mini fish and chips both with battered chips and curry sauce. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and Bobbo was great. Freshly cooked for us and tasted delicious. Good value too.
Excellent, often go shopping at Blackheath Market on Mondays. Saw the reviews and thought we would pop in (my daughter and Grandad). First impressions, squeaky clean polite and bubbly staff, couldn't do enough for us and my young daughter. The food was as good as the service "impeccable" lovely food, had kebab, fish and chips all round. Half the price of our local... we've found our new weekly regular. Thank you.
Been after a decent local chippy for a while now, think I've found it with this place. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the shop inside is clean with a big seating area. Had kebab chips and drink to eat in, the chips are amazing, well cooked all decent big chips and not over battered, the meat was tasty and fresh. 10/10 no issue's at all the wife had fish and chips and said it was beautiful, so we will definitely be back again.
Friendly fast service with freshly cooked tasty fish & chips, accompanied by tea, bread & butter. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Everywhere was spotlessly clean.
Ordered fish and chips x 2 and a curry sauce. Chips where good ol' golden chips and the fish was lovely with great batter! This miss says that she would recommend the curry sauce, "top 5 I've had" in her words. The shop was nice, tidy and clean. Lady and Gent behind the counter where super nice. All round, if you want a regular chippy to go to, here is where you need to go
What a lovely gem. The husband wife running the shop were really hospitable the food was great fresh fish battered made to order. They are one of the few places to do battered chips which was lovely. Finish it off with a nice cup of latte. 3 small fish and chips, curry sauce, couple coffees 23.. will definitely visit again when I'm in black heath
Called in to Bobbos in Blackheath tonight for the first time. Bought cod and chips also pie and battered chips. Tasted absolutely beautiful! Good food, reasonable price, friendly staff and spotlessly clean. Will definitely be using them again!
One of finest fish & chips I’ve had served the good old-fashioned way. Cod was a real treat served with battered chips. Not big on battered chips but these were incredible! Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Beautiful mushy peas & curry sauce and great to meet the main man himself. Also very nice of the lady to bring the food to the table with unlimited salt & vinegar and ketchup. Can’t wait to come back
